Welcome to Ark Valley Baby Equipment Rentals. Being that we do not have a storefront, we will deliver what you need directly to your vacation rental, private residence or hotel so that you can enjoy your time while traveling away. We offer delivery within Chaffee County (30 miles) to Salida, Buena Vista, Nathrop, Maysville and more. How does it work? Complete the contact form, reserve your rental and we deliver and pickup. We carry quality products for rent from highly respected manufacturers, including Fischer Price, Kelty, Graco, Deuter and more. Rental periods are calculated on a daily rate. Please use the contact form to tell us more about your stay. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your rental (please be sure to check your junk mail/spam if you haven’t received an email within 24-48 hours). We will do our best to accommodate last minute rental requests. If you don't see something you need, let us know and we just may be able to supply it for you. We are a local business run out of our home, we do not have a storefront. As such, we are required by Colorado law to deliver and pickup products we rent to our customers. We are happy to provide this service as it allows a greater level of convenience to our customers who are visiting from out of town. Upon delivery, you’ll be notified via email so you have peace of mind knowing your equipment is there when you arrive. $15 delivery and pickup fee within Salida city limits, outside city limits depends on location. A $25 late fee will be applied if equipment/gear is not available for pickup by 3 PM at end of rental. If renter wants to extend rental, 24 hours notice is required, based on availability of rental equipment/gear.
We understand travel plans may change, please let us know in advance to avoid these charges. You can cancel an order at anytime up to 24 hours prior to delivery. If we do not receive a cancellation prior to delivery, you will be charged the full amount. We ask that you return the items in the condition you received them. If items are returned damaged or need repairs, the renter will be charged the cost of the replacement or repair. Renter shall not be liable for ordinary wear and tear that occurs with normal use of the rented equipment/gear.
